Information on the Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please note:
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- We cannot accept opened or damaged goods, and they do not constitute grounds for withdrawal.
- If the goods arrive already opened or damaged, please photograph them in their packaging and send the photo with your withdrawal/complaint. This helps us to make claims with our suppliers or shipping service providers.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., customization, printing), to the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, to the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, or to goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
We cannot accept opened or damaged goods, and they do not constitute grounds for withdrawal.
