Shipping is handled by the Austrian Post, and all delivery times refer to business days.

We only deliver orders to Austria or Germany.

Payment Methods

All prices include VAT plus any applicable shipping costs.

We offer several payment methods through the payment provider Mollie:

PayPal
EPS
Apple Pay
Klarna Pay Now
Prepayment (bank transfer to our account independent of Mollie)

We will charge your payment method either immediately or at the latest within one day after your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to accept only certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis or depending on the delivery method you selected. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible.

Payment by direct debit/SEPA is only possible from accounts within the European Union. The debit will be made within one day after the goods are dispatched. The advance notice period (Pre-Notification) is reduced to one day. If banks charge fees, we reserve the right to pass these on to the customer. This particularly applies to return debits due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by the customer.

For credit card payments, the charge will be made within one week after the goods are dispatched. We accept MasterCard & Visa.

If you choose prepayment, the invoice amount must be transferred to the bank account mentioned below or in the order confirmation email within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation or payment information.
